By placing an order with Buyjersey.ng, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. These terms govern how we handle pricing, payment, delivery, and other important details related to your purchase.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock issues, suspicious activity, or invalid payment details.

Pricing

  • All prices on Buyjersey.ng are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discount offers, or promotions without prior notice.
  • The price at checkout is final at the time of order placement.

3. 

Payment Terms

We accept:

  • Secure online payments
  • Bank transfers
  • Pay on Delivery (Lagos only)

Orders must be fully paid (except for pay-on-delivery) before processing. For failed or incomplete payments, the order may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines range from 1–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery fees may apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under certain conditions. See our Return Policy for full details.

No refunds are issued for worn, damaged, or customized items unless there’s a fault from our end.

Product Descriptions

We try our best to ensure product images, sizes, and descriptions are accurate. Slight differences (e.g. from suppliers or jersey updates) may occur and do not qualify as defects.

7. 

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping only. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

8. 

Warranty

All items are inspected before dispatch. We do not offer manufacturer warranties. Any defects must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Buyjersey.ng is not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery due to courier issues
  • Customer misuse or damage of items
  • Issues arising from incorrect address or contact details provided at checkout
