✅ Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
- Only items with wrong sizes, wrong items delivered, or factory defects are eligible for exchange.
- Custom or personalized jerseys are not eligible for return unless there’s an error on our part.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Worn or washed jerseys
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized name/number kits
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp or via email with your Order ID and photo proof of the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
- For eligible returns, we offer:
- Exchange with correct item/size
- Or store credit for future purchases
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the fault is ours (e.g., wrong or defective item).
