✅ Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Only items with wrong sizes, wrong items delivered, or factory defects are eligible for exchange.
  • Custom or personalized jerseys are not eligible for return unless there’s an error on our part.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn or washed jerseys
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized name/number kits

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or via email with your Order ID and photo proof of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  4. For eligible returns, we offer:
    • Exchange with correct item/size
    • Or store credit for future purchases

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the fault is ours (e.g., wrong or defective item).
